So helpful, excellent customer service! My mom had knee surgery and that night, she cracked a tooth. I needed a wheelchair to get her to the dentist ASAP. Modern DME worked quickly and made sure we had a comfortable wheelchair to take my mom to her appt.

I found their ad in the magazine and spoke with Hamed, I told him about my discomfort and pain in my knees and I stopped by their store. We had a great experience with Modern DME. My mom needed an electrical reclining chair and Mr. Shooreshi did an amazing job from the beginning to the end. He found the right chair for my mom, ordered it, arranged for the delivery and also the set up! My parents have recently been introduced to this company to receive their medical supplies such as diabetes shoes and glucose monitoring supplies (Libre). They are extremely happy for the great service of Modern DME. My father received his Libre within 48 hours at his door. Both mom and dad used to be customer of different medical supply company (Byram) in the past and always had several issues from the billing standpoint to timeline.
