Hinged Knee Brace

The Coretech Hinged Knee Brace is easily adjustable for comfort and support with the hook and loop design. It protects your knees and provides the best compression and reinforcement to the tendons, joints, and muscles during daily activities. Aluminum hinges on both sides of the brace allow for easy movement and removable pads add extra comfort as needed.

ONE SIZE FITS MOST

Fits right and left knees, adjustable and strong anti-slip fasteners fit at the top a max of 20” and at the bottom a max of 18”, wrapping around 5" above/below the center of the knee cap.

ALUMINUM SUPPORT HINGES

9.5” length hinges are located on both sides of the knee to allow free movement, easily removed if less support is needed (not able to set a specific angle or lock).

OPEN PATELLA DESIGN

Open patella design with 1.75” hole opening supports patella and keeps brace from shifting during use.
