How to Use for Cold Therapy:
Place the ankle wrap gel pack flat in the freezer for a minimum of two hours
Remove from the freezer and secure in the interior pocket of the ankle wrap
Apply to the area to be treated
WARNING:Treatment time should not exceed 20 minutes
How to Use for Heat Therapy:
Place the ankle gel pack in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate
Heat on full power in 5-second increments
Remove the pack with tongs and place within the brace or a wrapped towel before checking the warmth with a light touch. Packs are best used when warm to the touch not extremely hot
DO NOT touch the pack directly, only touch the covering. The pack may be extremely hot
IMPORTANT: While heating, watch the gel pack carefully. If it starts to expand, stop heating immediately
Care Instructions:
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed
Do not submerge in water or machine wash. Doing so may damage the internal air bladder
